To deliver Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC) applications for a 5G network and beyond, this Catalyst proposes using SD WAN as an alternative to a network slice and offers a service catalog to manage SD WAN service provision, edge compute and partner-provided applications.

This Catalyst will enable service delivery to medical facilities internationally via 5G slices. The project addresses medical simulation, artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR) and the use of virtual intelligent counselling agents (VICA) in use cases including teaching, surgeries and remote patient care.
