Autonomous Operations: AO Maturity Model – Day 1

These sessions will allow participants to review the dimensions, sub-dimensions and criteria across the Autonomous Operations Maturity Model, provide feedback and input so the maturity model can be validated and approved as an official TM Forum standard. 

The objective of the maturity model is to enable communications service providers (CSPs) to understand how mature they are in their deployment of autonomous operations, be assigned a maturity level, and understand the steps they need to get, to go from their "as is" to "to be" state.

Completed Autonomous Operations Maturity Model at the end of the week
